At Little Minds @Work, we believe that work shouldn’t always be at the expense of your personal life. Thats why we’ve developed a business model (onsite creche) to support the transition from stay-at-home parents to returning to the workforce. When you’re a parent, returning to work can be stressful for both you and your child. we want to make sure when you come back from maternity leave, you feel supported, nurtured and ready to ease back into the workforce.<\/p>\n

We want every parent who returns from paternity leave to feel like they have the resources they need to succeed in all areas of their life.<\/p>\n
The business model compliments companies current parental leave schemes, in return this will retain more parents in the workforce and also give financial independence for parents.<\/p>\n
An Onsite Care service will also give the organisation accessibility & \u00a0flexibility when external clientele need to access the companies services and need care for their child in a short term capacity, in emergencies, when employees are working out of roster, onsite training or when staff find themselves without care for their children in unexpected circumstances.<\/p>\n
